Baking soda is a top-quality all-purpose cleaner. It can be used in a variety of ways in the home and is, therefore, a natural and ecological alternative to many cleaning agents. Baking soda can be used for scrubbing, degreasing, cleaning, deodorising, and also as a fabric softener.

Use:

• Odour remover & dry cleaner: Put 3-6 tablespoons in a bowl and place in the refrigerator or the garbage can to neutralize bad smells. Sprinkle the powder on the affected textiles and vacuum with a vacuum cleaner. Mixed with white vinegar, it can be used for pipe cleaning.
• Cleaner & Limescale Remover: Make a paste from 3 teaspoons of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of water and allow it to act on the surface to be cleaned. Then wipe clean and rinse. Provides a shine on tiles, ceramics and fittings.
• Detergent: Boil 4-6 tablespoons of soap flakes with 2 litres of water. Take the pan off the stove and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Then let the mixture cool down and pour it into a tight container. A few drops of essential oils can be mixed in for scenting.
